Switch out a nylon bath pouf for a more sustainable cotton version that can be washed and reused. And, then composted after it has lived its life.
Use as you would a normal pouf by adding shower gel and lathering. The cotton is so soft and fluffy.
Rinse and drip dry after use. Machine wash and tumble dry as needed.
